CAC Eastern District Co-coordinating Council (EDCC) Member Churches

When the Christ Apostolic Church mission migrated to the United States of America, zonal grouping became imperative for logistical purposes. Two different Zones were first created (Eastern and Western Zones), with New York as the Administrative Headquarters of the Eastern Zone, and Chicago as that of the Western Zone. The Eastern Zone, under the chairmanship of Rev. J. O. Adeyanju later became the Eastern District Coordinating Council in early 1998. The Western Zone, under the chairmanship of Rev. J. O. Owoeye experienced the same transition.

In 2001, another change was instituted in the District Coordinating Councils that again brought the creation of zones into the picture. Some churches were carved out, and these churches are currently under the umbrella of zonal groupings, and they are in line to become District Coordinating Councils in the near future. These changes were made per directives from the home office in Nigeria.
